We’re seeking a seasoned Associate Creative Director who offers strong conceptual skills and exceptional craft. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of creative directors, copywriters, and art directors to develop innovative concepts and compelling content for our technology client, particularly in the realms of microchips and artificial intelligence. Experience with corporate clients is a plus.Since our focus isn’t always on direct-to-consumer products, we aim to improve brand perception through intelligent storytelling and captivating experiences. We’re looking for someone who can transform corporate narratives into relatable, human-centered concepts. A keen eye for detail is essential, as you’ll be distilling complex engineering topics into digestible content for social media, digital platforms, out-of-home advertising, and video.Key AccountabilitiesDemonstrate intellectual curiosity in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, computers, and evolving trends in mediaDevelop innovative concepts that draw on fresh approaches to art and design across all media, while keeping channel best practices, client objectives, and timing and budget constraints in mind.Lead art direction for various deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, storyboards, and mockups across multiple projects simultaneously.Be self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverablesManage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finishShow strong presentation skills, both internally and externally, for selling in creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them with enthusiasmUnderstand and appreciate the importance of strategy to create compelling, creative solutions that are on briefCollaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the lifespan of the projectPartner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectationsRally, mentor and support junior creatives to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on qualityGive and receive constructive feedback in a respectful mannerComfortable with production and post-production with minimal supervisionQualifications4-7 years of experience in advertising or a proven track record in a related creative role.Bachelors in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fieldIn lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field requiredStrong and thorough understanding of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (proficiency in Premiere and After Effects a plus)Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skillsKeen attention to detailProfessional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilientDemonstrated creative success on wide range of client workThe anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375 annually. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
