This role will provide detailed direction to delivery program teams during the design and build of future platforms to meet industry standards and business goals. The role will require a high level of business knowledge, technology design leadership, global acumen, and collaboration across RSM business units and technology platforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Strategic digital planning, based on deep business and market understanding

  • Create an overall technology strategy to solve the business problems
  • Communicate and document technical needs in business terms
  • Translate business needs to practical technical direction and guide a delivery team
  • Strong industry knowledge of latest technology around process orchestration, cloud infrastructure, application development and platform security
  • Manage the solution design based on business goals
  • Responsible for product design, delivery and oversight of the development lifecycle of a digital products and platforms
  • Ability to analyze the market for the best products and technologies available for the enterprise and advocate for the most effective use of technology assets to solve business problems

Provide guidance to technical teams, collaborate with key enterprise IT functions

  • Collaborate with firm Solution Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and other Enterprise IT Resources to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
  • Support innovative and transformative technology solutions through R&D and delivery
  • Provide leadership and direction for non-functional testing for produce delivery including performance and stress testing.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement best practices around security, service quality, scalability, privacy, risk mitigation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, data sovereignty, control and monitoring
  • Establish, coordinate, and maintain best practice around AI, Cloud and User Experience while utilizing emerging technology to design future platforms.
  • Collaborate with enterprise level products and infrastructure, including global solutions

Leadership, presentation, and internal coaching

  • Coach and mentor development team resources
  • Ability to create and deliver content at an executive level

Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields preferred
  • Process Orchestration experience with Camunda
  • Camunda Certified Professional – Developer certification preferred
  • MSFT Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect preferred
  • Assurance Industry Knowledge

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong experience with delivering technologies across business units and platforms enablement
  • Comfortable utilizing proof of concepts and iterative delivery while following the organization processes, and policies
  • Industry knowledge and experience with professional services and business process orchestration
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure and .NET
  • Proven Customer Centric and Design Thinking experience while designing technical solutions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions with technical team members including solution and enterprise architects
  • Proven experience with Scaled Agile and Dev – Sec – Ops delivery

EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of delivering business solutions via the delivery of software platforms as a technical leader
  • 10+ years of technical and/or architectural leadership in the following areas:
  • Process orchestration
  • Business process transformation
  • Dev – Sec-Ops delivery
  • Designing and building scalable technical solutions
  • Designing and building solutions with the Microsoft technology stack
  • Significant experience with application security partnering with application security teams to deliver solutions

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Ability to communicate with executive leadership on business and technology parts of the organization
  • Proven Technology Transformation experience
  • Strong team leadership skills and proven technical coaching capabilities
  • Work on multiple priorities and providing guidance, with ability to monitor progress
  • Ability to understand, own and manage Risk, Dependency and issues on a platform and business level
  • Ability to navigate in a growing global environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills
