• Create and implement scalable CCAIP (UJET) solutions using Google Cloud technologies like Google Dialog Flow
• Develop and integrate conversational AI components (NLU, TTS, STT).
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI application performance for a seamless customer experience.:
• Stay updated with trends in conversational AI, machine learning, and contact center technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying CCAI solutions.
• Proficiency in conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialog flow CX).
• Programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Java).
