Posting TextThe University of South Dakota School of Law seeks to hire a professor.The successful candidate will teach Civil Procedure I and Civil Procedure II (taught during a student’s 1L year) and select upper-level courses.The successful applicant would be primarily responsible for teaching and secondarily for service. This is a tenure-track position. The successful applicant must have earned a J.D. and be a licensed attorney in a United States jurisdiction (a state or the District of Columbia) or able to be licensed at the time appointment begins.The University of South Dakota is an equal opportunity employer.
