Join this amazing organization built on a great reputation, and help make a different in thousands of lives.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Behavioral Health will lead program and operational leadership of this expansive Drug and Alcohol Treatment organization. Supported by Behavioral Health Directors at the facility-level, and by Clinical Psychologists (PsyD / PhD), LMFT, LCSW, and LPC licensed counselors, the VP leads an experienced team.This healthcare organization has earned multiple awards and recognition for high-quality patient services, as well as for its delivery integration and treatment innovation. The Behavioral Health Vice President will oversee a broad Mental Health / Rehabilitation Program that offers Drug and Alcohol Treatment, Addiction Medicine, and Community Mental Health at 4 clinic locations throughout the region. These services are offered through a full-service detox program, a residential program, an intensive outpatient treatment program, and a lower acuity outpatient program.The Drug and Alcohol Behavioral Health Services Vice President will take on a role that is critical to the mission of this organization. This person will perform a broad range of crucial functions, including:

  • Leading multiple teams across organizational boundaries to ensure cross-functional accountability and success. Working closely with Quality and Compliance partners, the Vice President will spearhead regulatory, evidence-based, and value-based standards of operations.
  • Supporting and championing the mission of the organization the mission to help the community and the mission to keep the organization operationally healthy to it can continue helping the community.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners throughout the community. This means maintaining compliance with partner agencies, as well as identifying potential opportunities to create new partners and get the organization s mission / vision into the community.

Because of the intensive requirements of this position, the Vice President will be required to have a strong background in the Clinical and Administrative aspects of Behavioral Health operations. Experience as an Oregon Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Marriage Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will be required.The Behavioral Health Services Vice President will quickly discover that Central Oregon is one of America s most beautiful areas.
