Description: *** Webcam interview *** Long term project *** *** Hybrid ***Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Web Application Production Support Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Windows based application support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, database management, and production support processes, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for web applications on the Microsoft Windows platform.
• Develop and manage automation scripts using PowerShell or Python.
• Manage and troubleshoot batch jobs using tools like TWS, Control M, or Autosys.
• Perform database queries and management on SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues, including those related to IIS servers.
• Work with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for ticket management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address system/network related issues.
• Maintain a high level of availability and reliability for supported applications, including on call shifts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Windows based web application production support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or Python scripting for automation.
• Hands on experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
• Familiarity with batch job management tools like TWS, Control M, or Autosys.
• Strong knowledge of IIS server management and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for incident and change management.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide on call support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in ITIL or relevant production support tools.
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments.
