The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in web development and will be capable of leading projects to meet deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain valuable experience in a rapidly evolving industry.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of developers to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve bugs and support requests in collaboration with the team.
- Work with the product owner to identify the best technological business solutions.
- Write high-quality, readable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor junior developers and scope new projects.
Technical Qualifications:
- Proficient in mobile app development using Angular, Ionic, and React.
- Expertise in media queries and responsive CSS (hand-coding or using frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
- 5-7 years of experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and SQL.
- 3-5 years of experience in CMS development.
- Experience with eCommerce and backend frameworks (WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, OpenCart, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Drupal, etc.).
- Strong understanding of core Internet delivery technology and software system analysis and design.
- Ability to drive platform architecture and solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of host configurations and various hosting solutions.
- Proficient in XML, JSON, AJAX, RESTful API design, OAuth, MV* frameworks, Git, and Linux Command Line (CentOS).
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience leveraging technologies such as React, Ionic, Angular, PHP, Bootstrap, JavaScript, WordPress, HTML5, and CSS3 to develop mobile-responsive websites and applications in an agile environment.
- Ability to translate visual designs into completed HTML pages while adhering strictly to design specifications.
- Knowledge of full-stack web development and cross-browser compatibility.
- Capability to establish and implement front-end structure and standards, and stay current with emerging front-end technologies.
- Implementation of complex features using modern PHP code and patterns while following standards.
- Experience implementing RESTful services for the product sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with BigCommerce and Shopware is a plus.
- Experience working with creative/design/marketing firms or departments.
